Deloitte Entrepreneurship UK 2011/12 Deloitte’s Entrepreurial Business team has recently launched its national annual survey for entrepreneurs. It assesses the current attitudes, performance and objectives of hundreds of entrepreneurs and their businesses. It’s an opportunity for entrepreneurs to share their thoughts and opinions on the entrepreneurial landscape, the challenges they face and their strategies for addressing them to develop that competitive edge. Whilst there have been improvements to the business climate for many over the last twelve months, the outlook remains testing for entrepreneurs and business investors alike. Last year, our findings signalled optimistic growth in 2011 for 90% of respondents. The survey also investigates planning ahead, considering succession and exit strategies together with recent legislative changes and initiatives aimed to get "Britain back in business." It is quick and easy to complete and everyone who completes the survey will receive a free copy of the report which will provide a current view of the UK entrepreneurial landscape, both from a national perspective but also, perhaps more importantly for many, from a regional perspective. The survey will close at the end of July with the results being published in the autumn. |
