To be successful, your business needs you to involve other people in starting it up and keeping it going.  Some of these people will be putting money into it, others advice and moral support during tough times.  They may be co-directors, sounding boards, enthusiastic supporters or sympathetic ears! What would you look for in this group of people to sustain your development and that of your business and what would be most important in creating and maintaining relationships with your support team of colleagues, friends, family and professional advisors?
