The Manchester office of real estate advisors Colliers International is the latest addition to the expanding property group of pro.manchester, the membership organisation for the financial and professional services sector in Greater Manchester.

Colliers International UK plc is part of Colliers International, the world’s third largest real estate agent advisor. The Manchester office of the agency employs more than 40 staff providing a wide range of expert and tailored consultancy and agency services for property owners, investors and occupiers throughout the North West of England.

ColliersLandmark projects in Manchester managed and driven by the Colliers’ team include assisting the Cheetham School of Music with a development plan and major funding application and assisting Manchester City Council with the relocation of the National Football Museum to the Urbis building. Staff also provide valuations for many of Manchester’s leading property lenders and manage many city centre buildings.
