Howzat! for a game of cricket

Members of future pro.manchester were treated to an evening of wickets, runs and overs at this week’s social event, Get to the Point.

The event, held at Lancashire Cricket Ground’s The Point, gave members the opportunity to network while enjoying the delights of a match between the home team Lancashire Lightning and Sussex Sharks.

During the evening, future pro.manchester’s new chairman Miles Rothbury outlined his plans for the next 12 months, which he said would involve “getting back to basics” in responding to the needs of members.

Miles also encouraged members to sign up to future pro.manchester’s Professional Innovator Challenge – formerly the Entrepreneurship Challenge – which launches officially in September and aims to recognise innovative talent among the region’s professionals and students.
