Change is in the air at future pro.manchester as Miles Rothbury takes over the chair from Alex Solk who steps down after two years in the position.

Miles is a Relationship Director for Barclays Bank PLC. He started his career on the Barclays Graduate Scheme in September 2006 accelerating rapidly through the scheme performing various roles within the Coverage and risk areas of the business.
He moved to Manchester two years ago within the Barclays Leveraged Finance - Financial Sponsors team and now looks after a portfolio of clients in Coverage with turnover between £5M and £250M. Miles also holds the title of North West Insider Young Banker & Financier of the Year.

Miles has been a prominent figure for future pro.manchester, having sat on the committee for over two years and has been instrumental in supporting future pro.manchester’s events programme. He is also heavily involved with pro.manchester having hosted both discussion groups and members’ lunches. He takes over the position at an exciting time for future pro.manchester with the launch of the Professional Innovator Challenge and a packed calendar of events for Autumn 2010.
