On 21st October pro.manchester will launch the first of a new forum and discussion group programme focusing on discussing key issues around changes to the wider Public Sector including how professional advisors can work with the public sector in an ever changing world.

The sector specific forum set up in conjunction with Deloitte LLP is one of a series of sector specific groups rolled out by pro.manchester which includes Sports Industry, Healthcare, Creative and Digital and Energy and Environment.

The inaugural event hosted by Addleshaw Goddard will be lead by Mark Lawrie, National Head of Local and Regional Government and will cover The Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) 2010 one of the most eagerly anticipated government announcements for many years. 

The event will consider the key themes arising from the CSR and look at the opportunities which may be created for professionals in the North West what it means for us and how we can help shape the future direction of public service provision.
