Review of the Year: Masterclasses

pro·manchester's extensive programme of events enables members to display their knowledge, experience and expertise of business topics while a culture of learning  allows the membership to continually develop their own people.

In 2011 pro·manchester developed MasterClasses as part of the Skills and Education programme presented by business experts from the pro·manchester membership, masterclasses are useful and inspiring. Topics have included: Staff motivation & Engagement, Client Relationship Management, The Emotionally Intelligent Professional, Professional Communications Skills and Tendering and more topics are regularly added to the programme.
