THE CHANGING FACE OF LAW FIRMS

THE legal industry is set to transform and financial and professional organisation, pro.machester, is hosting an event to help law firms prepare to tackle these changes.

On Thursday 14th October, pro.manchester is holding a conference to discuss strategic management in law firms, at The Studio in Manchester.

Due to major changes in regulatory and partnership structure, all legal firms, will need to evolve to contend in the competitive market place.

A panel of industry experts including Professor Stephen Mayson from the College of Law, Andy Duxbury from Aaron and Partners and Steve Carter from Baker Tilly will provide an insight into how other legal organisations have met this challenge and communicated their new vision to associates and staff. 

   

Strategies to manage this change, such as developing new direction and goals for your firm will also be discussed.

The conference will also provide opportunities to network with industry peers. The event will run from 8:30am to 1.30pm and costs £49 (plus VAT).
